I, the above cardholder, hereby authorise RubySketch to charge my credit card automatically on an annual frequency in the amount of the renewal subscription to RubySketch products and services. I agree that the amount of the subscription is: AUD$990 Per Annum.
I acknowledge that RubySketch may change the subscription amount, upon them giving me 7 days notice, via email, in the event of a change to the subscription rate.
The first automatic debit is to take place upon purchase of the subscription and such debits will continue thereafter on the anniversary of this date until cancelled by me.
I acknowledge that I may cancel this subscription upon giving 7 days notice prior to the expiry of my 12 month subscription via email to RubySketch: support@rubysketch.com. I acknowledge that if I do not give 7 days notice prior to the expiry of my licence, I will be charged for the next subscription period.
Please note that if you cancel your subscription, or do not renew, you will no longer have access to any PlusSpec tools – unless you reactivate your licence.
If you purchased via Invoice
I acknowledge that I will be required to manually renew my licence (at the expiry of each 12 month subscription).
To manually renew: Open the Welcome to PlusSpec menu inside of PlusSpec, and then left click ‘Extend Your Licence’.
Please note that if you do not renew, you will no longer have access to any PlusSpec tools – unless you reactivate your licence.
If you purchased via a PlusSpec Distributor
Please contact your Distributor directly, so that they can renew your licence (at the expiry of each 12 month subscription).
